You may wonder where the name Jenerálka comes from. That refers to history, when part of the Austrian general headquarters was resident in the local castle, and at that time the word „generál” (G is pronounced as in green) was pronounced as „jenerál“ (J is pronounced as Y in yoga). History of this quiet area is, of course, much older, since Jenerálka is one of the most significant archaeological localities from prehistoric times.
